Matt is a professional engineer with over a decade of experience in the energy industry. Matt is committed to providing new solutions for the energy transition and building a team to bridge the gap between old energy and new. He has worked on a variety of projects focused on technology adoption within the oil and gas industry in various engineering roles including facility, reservoir, and production. Matt has an undergrad in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s in Reservoir Characterization from the University of Calgary. A nerd at heart, his technical curiosity and vision led to the formation of GeoGen. Matt is pushing industry expectations regarding what is possible for inactive wells and on a mission to deliver a viable geothermal well conversion for oil and gas wells.

A natural entrepreneur , Bryan’s "formal" career started in production engineering. His entrepreneurial experience notably includes a reservoir optimization software and being a partner and founder at a consulting firm specializing in enhanced oil recovery. Bryan has founded three other business and a soccer club. Bryan has worked internationally and has managed a team of engineers to execute complex simulations in a variety of reservoirs.
